3. Lycopene: An antioxidant found in tomatoes, carrots, and other colorful vegetables, lycopene is believed to keep cancerous tumors from forming in the prostate and shrink existing tumors.

The event will be the finale for a week of activities based around the theme "Traditions of the Heart."
"The theme celebrates memory and memories will be celebrated each day that week, such as a game day, barbecue day, a praise day and a 1940s music day," said Pam Clarke, who is in charge of community relations for Wildwood Canyon Villa.
The Saturday event will include face painting, game booths, prizes, entertainment and food. The parking lot walk-a-thon will conclude the day, starting at 3 p.m. as friends, co-workers and family members who have collected pledges will walk the parking lot to earn the promised money.
Lori Valdepena, activity director for Wildwood Canyon Villa, said the facility has about 25 residents with memory loss and 52 residents in assisted living. More>>
Organizers hope the walk will help out participants and the programs on two fronts.
Development Director Janet Nelson says, "The purpose for the walk does two things. It raises awareness of a devastating disease and how it impacts our fellow Arkansans, but it also help to raise the proceeds, the money that we need to help the programs and services that our brothers and sisters Arkansans need."
All of the donations go to help the Alzheimer's Arkansas programs and services who help the more than 100,000 Arkansans affected with the disease and other dementias.
